Actionable Reports
It means that report generation is provided on-demand by users to take action on property management decisions.
FRASS produces on-demand, decision-ready reports that connect stand-level biometrics to delivered-log economics. Appraisal users see optimal harvest timing by stand, defensible cash flows, and parcel-level value rollups consistent with USPAP reporting needs. Results are computed against client-set financial assumptions and are typically rendered to PDF in minutes.
SaaS Delivery and Data Governance
FRASS is provided as a secure Software-as-a-Service subscription. Each client operates within a private tenant; no data are shared across clients. Multiple authorized users may collaborate on Delivered Log Market Portfolios and RPA Portfolios to drive merchandising and timing results.
Secure Access, Anywhere
Two-factor authentication protects account entry. Once signed in, authorized users leverage FRASS servers for databases, algorithms, and report generation—on desktop or in the field with a stable internet connection.
Thin Client, Lower Overhead
No local installs, no patching per workstation. Updates deploy centrally so every user benefits immediately.
Change Control With Notifications
When shared economic settings change, FRASS emails a notice to collaborators to sign in and review. System content is never transmitted by email, preserving security.
Why SaaS Fits Appraisal Workflows
Begin using FRASS immediately with demo data or live parcels; complete valuation reports are generated in minutes rather than days.
Centralized hosting eliminates per-machine installations, software licensing issues, and ongoing IT maintenance costs.
Seamless integration of biometric data, log merchandising, and delivered-log pricing within one unified, auditable platform.
Every user benefits from system upgrades, bug fixes, and enhanced modules the moment they are deployed—no local updates required.
Run pilot analyses on selected stands or portfolios to confirm valuation credibility before scaling to full property coverage.
Two-factor authentication, encrypted storage, and strict tenant isolation protect client data and maintain USPAP-aligned confidentiality standards.
Speed and Accuracy Matter
FRASS combines secure cloud hosting, optimized SQL databases, and compiled C# server algorithms to deliver high-speed valuations with extraordinary precision. Each appraisal run draws from centralized economic indices, delivered-log market data, and verified biometric records to ensure every number can be traced from tree geometry to parcel value. Interactive ESRI web mapping embeds parcel imagery and stand boundaries directly into the report framework, allowing users to confirm spatial context without exposing sensitive coordinates or ownership details.
The system’s multi-core servers process simultaneous appraisal requests across hundreds of stands with minimal latency, so appraisers and analysts can complete defensible, USPAP-aligned reports under tight timelines. Latency from request to report rarely exceeds a few minutes, even for large properties. By combining geospatial reference, real-time price forecasting, and taper-based log merchandising in a single analytical environment, FRASS establishes a transparent chain of evidence that links every cubic foot of timber to its verified contribution to asset value.

Ziff Davis B2B reports SaaS “offers some unmatched benefits, including: scalability, ease of upgrade, (and) lower IT administration needs”.
Access to the FRASS Demonstration Site
We maintain a demonstration environment using real forestlands from the University of Washington’s Pack Forest near Eatonville, WA (five sections). Parcels are subdivided for illustration and assigned fictitious owner names strictly for training purposes. The demo includes LiDAR-derived elevation, soils, streams, riparian buffers, TES habitat layers, PLSS references, and existing road networks. Growth modeling is represented with FVS-derived stand data.
Request access as you would a client subscription. After a brief intake and agreement to terms of use, you will receive a temporary password (24-hour validity) and then set a permanent one at first login. There is no charge for demo access.
