Section 2 – Stepwise Path

1. Step 2: Establish the Nimiipuu FRASS Account for Tribal Lands

   • Sovereign system owned by the Tribe.

   • Supports timber, wildlife, and enterprises.

   • Pulls USFS biometric data into the Tribe’s FRASS system.

   • SPA dollars cover costs; receipts stay with the Tribe.
